I previously spoke of various ways one can keep fit. Here are some more tips and tricks you could probably include in your regime:
1. Sleep is essential
This is to prevent cravings the following day. Among the following tips for good sleep is to stay away from all electrical appliances before bed. Do relaxing thing such as listening to music and getting an eye mask.
2. Drink water
The most important thing is to start the day off with a glass of water.
3. Workouts should be monitored
To improve your progress, it is important to track your workouts on the calendar as well as on the diary to see improvement in terms of the types of exercises done compared to the previous sessions.
4. A visual food diary should be kept
If you are too lazy to write a food diary or journal, take photos of the food consumed for reviewing at the end of the week.
Drink at least two to three litres of plain water a day regardless of whether you’re thirsty of not. This excludes coffee and tea.
6. Have a proper stretching routine
Stretching and mobility are both essential for the human body especially for regions like the chest and shoulder to prevent hunching.
7. Always be ready
Carry your exercise essentials with you wherever you go so you can workout when you have the time.
8. Start out small
If you are new to exercising, it is better to exercise regularly every day for a short period of time as opposed to exercising once a week for a long period of time.
9. Mix your workouts
It is always good to mix up both low on high intensity workouts for maximum results so your body can recover.

Having eggs so you can grab them on the go whenever you need to is essential. Never underestimate the value of nutrients found in eggs.
